PNSA has successfully assisted PlantExtrakt in registering and defending its IP rights over the Nasirus trademark.
According to PNSA, the firm represented PlantExtrakt, “the first Romanian manufacturer of gemmotherapy extracts and the only Romanian manufacturer of homeopathic drugs, in relation to opposition and dispute proceedings before the Romanian Patents and Trademarks Office for registering and defending its IP rights over the “Nasirus” trademark against the holder of an earlier EU trademark (EUTM) [which was] allegedly similar.”
PNSA has previously advised PlantExtrakt on its sale to Eurplant Group (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 9, 2019).
