Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu has advised both sides of the transaction on Morphosis Capital’s investment into the Cronos Med Group.

Morphosis Capital is a Romanian private equity fund with EUR 50 million committed capital. The fund invests in consumer and related sectors, niche healthcare, technology, and B2B services.

The Cronos Med Group is a Romanian aesthetic medicine company that operates three clinics and a hospital in Bucharest and Bacau. The company offers aesthetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery services and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments.

"After 30 years of full work and challenges, I decided it was time to support the Cronos Med teams and clinics further to move forward, reach other cities in Romania, and provide aesthetic medical quality at the highest level to as many patients as possible," commented Cronos Med founder Constantin Stan. "I support the Morphosis investment because I am sure that it will be providential for the people we address, the beneficiaries of any strategic business movement."

"We are also looking forward to continuing the Cronos Med Group's development process and consolidating its position as the undisputed leader in aesthetic and plastic medicine in Romania at the highest possible level," added Morphosis Capital Managing Partner Andrei Gemeneanu.

The RTPR team advising Cronos Med consisted of Partners Alina Stavaru and Valentin Berea, Senior Assoicate Vicu Buzac, Associate Andrei Tosa, and Junior Associate Miruna Tocileanu.

The firm’s team advising Morphosis Capital was led by Managing Partner Costin Taracila and Counsel Roxana Ionescu and included Associates Cezara Urzica, Codrina Simionescu, Petru Ursache, and Petrus Partene.
