Former Kinstellar Partner Bogdan Bibicu has joined the Corporate Investigations practice of Wolf Theiss in Bucharest as a Partner.
According to Wolf Theiss, Bibicu "brings significant experience in the areas of Corporate Investigations, Banking & Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency, Projects, TMT, Lifesciences & Pharmaceuticals. He will focus on further developing the local investigations practice in Romania, aligned with this successful practice in Romania and in other Wolf Theiss jurisdictions."
Bibicu has an LL.M. degree from the University of Bucharest. Before joining Wolf Theiss, he spent four and a half years with Linklaters, two years with Bulboaca & Asociatii, and 11 years with Kinstellar.
