Bondoc & Asociatii, working alongside Scottish firm Dickson Minto, has advised A&M Capital Europe on its acquisition of Pet Network International from the Rohatyn Group.

Pet Network International is an omnichannel pet care provider in Southeast Europe.

Bondoc & Asociatii had a team of over 20 lawyers providing buy-side assistance on Romanian law matters.
