Mihaela Nyerges has joined Romanian firm Vlasceanu, Ene & Partners as a Partner.
Focusing on energy and corporate/M&A and private equity, Nyerges joins from MPR Partners where she has worked since March 2020 as a Managing Associate. Before MPR, she spent over 14 years with Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii. Earlier still, she was an Associate with Musat & Asociatii between 2003 and 2005.
According to her new firm, her move "is part of the firm’s expansion plans to grow its team by up to five more lawyers and increase its revenues by 75% within the next two years."
