CEE Attorneys/Boanta, Gidei si Asociatii has advised Sparking Capital on a EUR 180,000 investment in Romania-based digital platform Bankata.ro.
Bankata.ro analyses and compares banking products available to customers in Romania, including information about credit cards, investment accounts, personal loans, mortgages, real estate, etc. Bankata.ro aims to add the services of digital banks and international payment platforms to its portfolio.
