Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has advised Globalworth on its approximately EUR 18 million acquisition of Romania's Industrial Park West Arad and the IPW Oradea Industrial Park West Oradea from an unidentified seller.
Globalworth is a privately held developer and manager of commercial real estate in the office sector in Romania and Poland.
According to NNDKP, “the new acquired projects, developed at the highest standards of quality, add a total surface of 27,000 square meters to Globalworth’s Industrial portfolio, both having an occupancy rate of 100%.” In addition, according to the firm, “with these two new acquisitions, Globalworth Industrial’s portfolio expands to reach a total of 260,400 square meters, with the current total occupancy rate of 95%.”
