Kinstellar Bucharest Announces New Practice Heads

Former Dentons Managing Counsel Magdalena Raducanu has joined Kinstellar’s Bucharest office as Special Counsel and Head of the Romanian Banking & Finance practice, and Partner Zsuzsa Csiki is take over leadership of Kinstellar's Romanian Corporate and M&A practice.

According to Kinstellar, Magdalena Raducanu, who joins the firm after almost 22 years with Dentons, "brings to the team over 20 years of experience in all aspects of banking and financing – project, real estate and corporate finance – as well as exposure to general corporate matters.” She is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Bucharest. 

Zsuzsa Csiki has over 13 years of experience, and according to Kinstellar, she has worked "on all aspects of structuring and negotiating business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, private equity transactions, divestitures, executive compensation and incentive equity arrangements and other general corporate matters." According to the firm, “her expertise also extends to financial regulatory matters and capital markets transactions, coordinating teams locally and cross-border, while also efficiently orchestrating robust change of control regulatory filings.”
