Popovici, Nitu, Stoica, and Asociatii has advised Ameropa Grains on the sale of a former industrial platform in Constanta to Hornbach.
PNSA describes Ameropa Grains as one of the largest agribusiness integrators and exporters of grains and oilseeds, as well as one of the largest distributors of fertilizers for agriculture, seeds, and pesticide in Romania. The company is part of the Ameropa Group Switzerland.
PNSA's team included Partners Bogdan Stoica and Raluca Rusu, Managing Associate Codrin Luta, and Associate Ioana Lazar.
