Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii has advised Coca-Cola HBC Romania on its acquisition of 50% of the share capital in the Stockday b2b e-commerce platform from Heineken Romania. Radulescu & Musoi advised the seller.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii, “the platform will ensure the distribution of products from the portfolios of both companies in Bucharest and other counties.”
