Roxana Abrasu has been promoted to Partner and taken charge of the Employment and Labor Law practice at Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen in Bucharest.
According to the NNDKP, Abrasu has “extensive knowledge and experience assisting both … Romanian and foreign clients with the full range of employment matters, either in the context of major projects or during regular business activity.” In addition, the firm reports, her work "includes advising individual and collective dismissal processes, termination of employment, local and transnational transfer of businesses, collective negotiations, discrimination and harassment claims, among other areas."
Abrasu began her career at Vilau & Mitel in 2007. She joined NNDKP in 2010. She graduated from the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in 2007.
