Kinstellar Advises VGP on Acquisition of Land Near Bucharest

The Bucharest office of Kinstellar has advised VGP on its acquisition of a 250,000 square meter plot of land from Willbrook. Cozmaciuc, Puiu & Asociatii reportedly advised the seller.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

According to Kinstellar, the plot is located at the junction of the Bucharest ring road with Romania's A3 highway. According to the firm, the future VGP Park Bucharest will be constructed on the plot and will consist of four buildings with over 120,000 square meters of leasable space.

VGP is an Antwerp-based developer, manager, and owner of logistics and semi-industrial real estate. The company was founded in 1998 and currently employs 190 people across 12 European countries.

Kinstellar’s team included Managing Partner Victor Constantinescu and Associates Razvan Constantinescu and Adelina Seserman.
