Clifford Chance’s Bucharest office has advised Credit Agricole on its sale of Credit Agricole Bank Romania to Vista Bank Romania. David & Baias reportedly advised the buyer on the deal.
Financial details of the transaction, which is expected to be completed in the first part of 2021, were not disclosed.
Credit Agricole is an international financial services company headquartered in Montrouge, France.
