Kinstellar has advised Romania's Mirus Group on the acquisition of Romania's Nexia CRG from shareholders Luminita Ristea, Silvia Elena Ichimescu, and Marioara Zaifu. LC Legalproof advised the sellers on the deal.

Nexia CRG is a provider of audit and assurance, business advisory, and tax advisory services.
