Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has advised Opel Groupe PSA on the sale of its Romanian business to Trust Motors, an independent importer for the Peugeot, Citroen, and DS brands. Trust Motors was advised by Musliu & Asociatii.
Following the completion of the transaction, all of Opel's Romanian activity and its local team will be integrated into Trust Motors.
