Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu and Allen & Overy have advised Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets on its acquisition of the CEZ Group’s Romanian assets.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The CEZ Group is a Prague-based conglomerate primarily focused on generation, distribution, trade, and sale of electricity, heat, natural gas, and coal.
