Stratulat Albulescu has advised GapMinder Venture Partners and DayOne Capital on their joint investment in Romanian startup Soleadify.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, “the financing round, one of the largest seed-rounds to date this year, was led by GapMinder Venture Partners, a venture capital fund targeting IT software and services start-ups in Romania and Central Eastern Europe, and DayOne Capital, an early-stage technology investor that manages privately financed funds, and included a number of angel investors.”
Stratulat Albulescu describes Soleadify as a startup that “uses machine learning to create profiles for businesses in any industry.” According to the firm, "the first of the company’s products is a business search engine that keeps over 40 million business profiles updated, currently used by hundreds of companies in the United States of America, Europe, and Asia for sales and marketing activities. The USD 1.5 million will be used by the company to fuel further research and development of their technology and also grow their marketing and awareness programs.”
