Stratulat Albulescu has advised GapMinder Venture Partners on an unspecified investment in Cartloop, an eCommerce conversational marketing platform start-up. Digital 2 Law reportedly advised Cartloop.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, GapMinder, a VC fund targeting IT software and services start-ups in Romania and Central Eastern Europe, was the leader of a financing round that also included Cristian Tamas, an angel investor and co-founder of TypingDNA. The financing round amounted to EUR 300,000.
Stratulat Albulescu’s team included Managing Associate Cristina Man and Senior Associate Elena Stan.
