Raluca Rusu has been promoted to Partner at Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii in Bucharest.
According to PNSA, Rusu has “built outstanding expertise in a wide range of tax advisory matters — direct and indirect tax advice, corporate M&A tax structuring, tax due diligence, and reviews, across the key industries. She also acted as lead counsel in hundreds of tax investigations and proceedings.”
Rusu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University Babes-Bolyai of Cluj-Napoca. Prior to joining PNSA, she spent over seven years as a Manager with Deloitte.
