PNSA has advised Burda Group on the sale of its business in Romania to an unspecified buyer.
Financial details of the sale were not disclosed.
According to PNSA, “the transaction concerns the sale of the entire logistics, transport, and press distribution business operated by Burda Group in Romania through Burda Romania, Casa de Difuzare-Presa New Concept, and Trans-Log-Presa.”
PNSA's team consisted of Partner Silviu Stoica, Senior Associate Andra Pitu, and Associate Ruxandra Petcu.
