BPV Grigorescu Stefanica has advised Romanian start-up Innoship on its acquisition of EUR 550,000 in seed funding from GapMinder VC.
Innoship is a tech start-up, founded in 2019, that provides advanced multi-carrier shipping software to its clients. According to BPV Grigorescu Stefanica, the funding "will accelerate the growth of Innoship and will speed up the development of new functionalities for its platform.”
BPV Grigorescu Stefanica’s team included Partner Catalin Grigorescu and Associate Radu Zmaranda.
