After spending 14 years at Biris Goran, Partner Raluca Nastase has moved to RTPR in Bucharest.

In the insolvency area, Raluca Nastase stood out as one of the most experienced professionals, acting as an administrator or liquidator in projects worth several hundreds of millions of euros for companies in the real estate, transportation and pharmaceutical sectors. Moreover, Raluca Nastase is a litigator with an important success rate."
