Reff & Associates has advised Forum Serdika, a Dutch financial holding group owned by British investment fund East Balkan Properties, on its sale of the Equest Logistic industrial park to CTP Bucharest. NNDKP advised the buyers on the deal, which was valued at approximately EUR 30 million.
According to Reff & Associates, "the Equest Logistic Park is a class A project located near Bucharest, on the A1 highway, and consists of two plots of land with an area of 11 hectares and three fully occupied logistics buildings, with tenants such as Garrett, the Elmec Group, Hilti, BDG Group, Telekom, etc."
