Gilescu, Valeanu & Partenerii has joined BNT Attorneys in Romania. As a result, the new name of the firm, in Romania, will be BNT Gilescu, Valeanu & Partnerii, and it will operate with a team of more than 20 lawyers in Bucharest and Timisoara.
In addition, Gilescu, Valeanu & Partnerii has promoted Iuliana Dinu, coordinator of its Labor practice, and Adela Fara, coordinator of its Corporate/M&A practice, to Partner.
Iuliana Dinu, a former Senior Associate, is a graduate of the University of Bucharest Law School. Prior to joining Gilescu, Valeanu & Partnerii she practiced law for almost three years with Grosu Si Asociatii.
Adela Fara holds a Master’s degree from the Universtatea de Vest Timisoara. Prior to joining Gilescu, Valeanu & Partenerii she spent over three years with Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston & Petersen.
