Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has assisted the AkzoNobel group on its inter-group merger of the company's Romanian subsidiary with the Fabryo Corporation.
PNSA's team was led by Partner Silviu Stoica and included Managing Associate Vlad Ambrozie, Tax Partner Mihaela Pohaci, Senior Tax Manager Raluca Rusu, Tax Consultant Andreea Codrea, and Associate Ruxandra Petcu.
AkzoNobel acquired 100% of the shares of Fabryo Corporation S.R.L. from Sweden's Oresa Ventures investment fund in June, 2018, with PNSA advising the sellers on that deal (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 21, 2018).
