Dan Minoiu was promoted to Partner at Musat & Asociatii in Romania.
According to Musat & Asociatii, "Minoiu has a professional experience of over 12 years and has been a part of the Musat & Asociatii team since 2010. Over the years he’s advised many businesses active in regulated markets, including pharmaceutical and medical devices companies, manufacturers of medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics, clinics and private hospitals, as well as companies in the IT, FMCG, insurance and agriculture sectors."
Before joining Musat & Asociatii in 2010 Minoiu spent eight months with White & Case and two and a half years with Salans, before it transformed into Dentons. He graduated from the University of Bucharest Faculty of Law.
Minoiu is one of nine Musat & Asociatii lawyers involved in the promotion round, and the only new partner. Colleagues Alina Man, Andra Mihalache, Andrei Bran, and Adrian Danciu were promoted to Managing Associate, and Ana Maria Burada, Andrada Popescu Dragomir, Cristian Cepesi, and Adrian Cristolovean were promoted to Senior Associate.
