Mihaela Posirca has been promoted to Partner at Act | Botezatu Estrade Partners.
Posirca, who specializes in Real Estate, joined Act | Botezatu Estrade Partners in 2018. Prior to that, she spent five and a half years with Kinstellar, and eight and a half years with Gide Loyrette Nouel (which closed its Bucharest office in 2014).
Along with Posirca's appointment, the firm announced the hire of Alexandra Ovedenie as a Counsel in the Banking & Finance team and the promotions of Cristian Radu and Anca Baluna to Managing Associate and Senior Associate, respectively.
The announcement follows the recent appointment of Laura Estrade to Named Partner in the firm (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 29, 2019), and the firm's becoming a member of the Act Legal alliance (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 14, 2020).
