Glodeanu & Partners has negotiated a lease agreement for Amrest with Caile Ferate Romane, the Romanian railway company, to help Amrest open a new Starbucks in Bucharest's Gara the Nord train station.
The firm's team advising Amrest, which has the Starbucks franchise for Romania, was led by Co-Managing Partner Ciprian Glodeanu and included Associate Petruta Anghelescu.
