The Romanian office of CEE Attorneys has advised the founders of 7Card on the acquisition of a 25% shareholding in the Holde Agri project of local Romanian entrepreneurs, which recently succeeded in obtaining a Series A funding of EUR 5 million.
According to CEE Attorneys, Holde AgriMoreover is preparing to be listed on the AERO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The CEE Attorneys team consisted of Partner Sergiu Gidei and Senior Associate Elena Sopotean.
