PNSA, NNDKP, and Filip & Company Advise on BRD's Investment in CIT One

Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised BRD Groupe Societe Generale on its co-investment with Raiffeisen Bank and BCR in CIT One. The transaction is pending regulatory approval. BCR and CIT One were advised by Filip & Company, while Raiffeisen Bank was advised by Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen.

CIT One, which PNSA describes as "a Romanian company specialized in transport, processing, and storage of cash and other valuables, initially owned by BCR," will be jointly controlled by the three banks with equal ownership rights.
