Dentons has advised White Star Real Estate on the acquisition of the Liberty Technology Park in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, from Fribourg Development.
The LIberty Technology Park includes five class A office BREEAM-certified buildings with a gross leasable area of 18,000 square meters, as well as an additional three hectares of development land. According to Dentons, "with this investment, White Star Real Estate plans to operate the existing office park and develop the additional adjacent land in order to build one of the leading technology parks in Central and Eastern Europe."
The Dentons team included Managing Partner Perry Zizzi, Partner Bogdan Papandopol, and Senior Associate Doru Postelnicu.
