Bondoc & Asociatii has advised eMAG on its acquisition of 54% of shares in online food delivery platform EuCeMananc in Romania.

Founded in 2001, eMAG is headquartered in Bucharest. The company focuses in e-commerce and currently operates in Bucharest, Sofia, Warsaw, and Budapest.

The EuCeMananc platform was launched in 2014 in Timisoara, Romania, and it currently operates in 18 Romanian cities, bringing together over 600 restaurants. The entrepreneurs who founded the company and who will lead its further development are CEO Alin Serban, COO Mihai Brenda, and CTO Laurentiu Duta.
