Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has assisted Grab with Romanian law aspects of its strategic partnership with Telenav, Inc., a provider of connected-car and location-based services.
Grab is described on the Google Play store as "Southeast Asia's #1 ride-hailing app, food delivery service, and cashless payment solution all in one."
According to NNDKP, "the partnership with Telenav will allow Grab to leverage its geo-mapping capabilities to enhance its location-based services."
The NNDKP team was coordinated by Partner Ruxandra Maria Bologa and consisted of Senior Associate Alina Dumitru and Managing Associates Mirela Preda and Roxana Abrasu.
