RTPR Allen & Overy has advised ING Tech, a global software development hub of the ING Group, on the lease of 13,000 square meters of office space in the Dacia One building in Bucharest from the Atenor Group for its new headquarters. The Albota law firm advised the Atenor Group on the deal.
The RTRP Allen & Overy team included Partner Alexandru Retevoescu, Counsel Ianita Tui, and Associate Cristi Porojanu.
