Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has assisted CTP with a EUR 40 million acquisition of the A1 Bucharest Park logistics park from the Vabeld Group. Moroianu & Asociatii reportedly advised Vabeld on the sale.
The A1 Bucharest Park is located on Romania's A1 highway. The logistics project includes nine logistics buildings with a leasable area of 78,000 square meters.
The NNDKP team was led by Partner Lavinia Ionita Rasmussen and included Managing Associate Ioana Grigoriu, Associates Adriana Stoica and Alexandru Domsa.
