Romania's MPR Partners and the De Breij law firm in Amsterdam have advised Dutch company Nederlandse MKB Participatiemaatschappij on its acquisition of BusyMachines BV, a Dutch-Romanian software developer, which closed at the end of April 2019.
BusyMachines develops software with graphic design, positioning itself as a technical partner in the development of end-to-end products.
The MPR Partners team included Partners Alina Popescu, Dana Radulescu, Alexandra Rimbu, and Felix Tapai, and Senior Associates Roxana Neacsu, Daniel Alexie, Magda Grigore, Flavia Stefura and Raluca Ciocarlan.
