PNSA Advises Dedeman on Partnership with Element Invest Partners for Logistics Park

Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised Dedeman on its entrance into a partnership with Element Industrial to jointly develop the ELI Park 1 logistics project in the Chitila-Buftea area of Bucharest. Kinstellar reportedly advised Element Industrial.

ELI PARK 1 is a logistics park with a leasable area of 50,000 square meters. Construction of the first stage, totalling 20,000 square meters, is expected to be completed in the summer of this year, at which point work on the second phase will begin. The first tenant of the project is Paste Baneasa, which leased an area of 5,000 square meters.

The PNSA team was coordinated by Partner Ioana Sampek, supported by Managing Associate Codrin Luta and Associate Veronica Culcea. Partner Mihaela Ion and Managing Associate Laura Ambrozie handled Competition law aspects.

The Kinstellar team reportedly included Partner Victor Constantinescu and Managing Associate Alexandru Mocanescu.
