Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised Italy's CLN-Coils Lamiere Nastri — the owner of Romania's MW Romania SA Dragasani car factory — on a EUR 134 million financing received from the IFC and Cassa Depositi E Prestiti SPA. The lenders were advised by Clifford Chance Badea.
The PNSA team was led by Managing Associate Codrin Luta, working with Senior Associate Teodora Cazan.
