Romanian lawyer Alina Stavaru has been promoted to Partner at RTPR Allen & Overy.

Stavaru is primarily involved in mergers and acquisitions, particularly private equity, complex corporate, and capital restructurings, spin-offs, capital markets, and other corporate matters, as well as energy-related matters.

Stavaru graduated from the Faculty of Law from the University of Bucharest in 2004. Earlier she worked for CMS and Eversheds, Lina and Guia. She joined RTPR Allen & Overy in 2009.
