PCA Lawyers has advised Badea Medical SRL on the sale of 65% stake in Badea Medica Center of Excellence to MedLife. Enache Pirtea and Associates reportedly advised MedLife on the acquisition.
MedLife offers private medical services in Romania. The acquisition of Badea Medica is the 23rd acquisition made by MedLife group. The Badea Medica Center of Excellence offers a range of medical services, mainly focused on abdominal pathology, but also covering other numerous types of afflictions.
