Andersen Global has announced a collaboration agreement with Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii, a law firm with offices in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca, and its tax arm, Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii Tax.
Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii has over 110 lawyers, including 28 partners in its Bucharest office. It also operates a secondary office in Cluj-Napoca, and covers Romania with correspondent law offices in major cities. In addition, the firm has China, Israel, and Moldova Desks to address the needs of foreign investors looking to enter the Romanian market.
