Suciu Popa has advised Central Bottling Company Ltd. on acquisition of sole control of Muller Romania, the Romanian subsidiary of Molkerei Alois Muller GmbH & Co. KG, a multinational producer of dairy products.
Central Bottling Company is an international bottling company licensed both for international alcoholic and non-alcoholic brands.
Previously, Suciu Popa advised the Central Bottling Company on its acquisition of sole control of the Romanian licensee of Carlsberg, United Romania Breweries Bereprod, and Carlsrom Beverage.
The Suciu Popa team consisted of Managing Partner Miruna Suciu, Partner Andrei Georgescu, Senior Associates Mihai Caragui and Siranus Hahamian, and Associate Vlad Lupascu.
Suciu Popa reported itself unable to disclose further information about the deal.
