SSW has advised United Clinics on its acquisition of Tarabula and Bellodent dental clinics. MKS Partners advised the family foundations that sold the clinics.

According to SSW, the transaction marks a significant expansion of United Clinics’ presence in Lower Silesia, reinforcing its footprint in the region’s competitive dental services market. The acquired clinics, operating in Wroclaw, Legnica, and Olesnica, are recognized for their high standards of care and strong teams of experienced dental professionals.
The SSW team included Partner Mateusz Rogozinski, Senior Associate Damian Staszewski, and Associates Aleksandra Krol and Edyta Mastalerek.
The MKS Partners team included Partners Arkadiusz Michaliszyn, Emanuel Koska, and Agnieszka Saluda.
