White & Case has advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on the issuance of PLN 750 million (approximately EUR 175.5 million) subordinated capital bonds.
According to White & Case, offered to qualified investors through a non-prospectus public offering, the bonds were introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s alternative trading system and have been qualified as Tier II instruments by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
The White & Case team in Warsaw included Partner Grzegorz Abram and Local Partner Pawel Zagorski.
