Dentons has advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska, mBank, and Santander Bank Polska on a PLN 760 million (approximately EUR 181.8 million) senior loan facility to Noho Warszawa for the construction of Noho One. Gide advised Noho.
Noho Warszawa is co-owned by Kulczyk Investments. According to Dentons, Noho One is a luxury residential complex at Daszynski Roundabout in Warsaw that comprises three high-rise towers delivering 280 apartments alongside integrated retail and leisure spaces.
