JDP has advised Danone Group's Nutricia on the expansion of the Nutricia production plants in Opole, valued at PLN 230 million.
Nutricia is a Danone brand that specializes in therapeutic food and infant formula, including medical nutrition for babies with specific needs.
According to JDP, "as a result of this project, Nutricia will become the only company in the enteral nutrition sector to manufacture its products locally in Poland."
The JDP team included Managing Partner Przemyslaw Drapala, Counsel Mariusz Nowakowski, Senior Associate Maciej Grzybowski, and Associates Mateusz Biciutko and Antoni Kotarba.
