Former Counsels Klaudia Fratczak-Kospin and Piotr Grabarczyk have been appointed as Partners with WKB.
Specializing in insolvency and restructuring, corporate and M&A, and private equity, Fratczak-Kospin is a Co-Head of WKB’s Restructuring & Insolvency team. She has been with the firm since 2006, having first joined as a Legal Trainee and being promoted to Associate in 2010, Senior Associate in 2014, and Counsel in 2019.
Grabarczyk, specializing in insolvency and restructuring and banking and finance, is also a Co-Head of WKB’s Restructuring & Insolvency team. He joined the firm in 2014 as a Senior Associate and was promoted to Counsel in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges from 2009 to 2014.
