Former BDO Legal-affiliated firm BDO Legal Latala i Wspolnicy has spun off to launch Forton Legal in Poland with Wieslaw Latala and Katarzyna Zajan-Aydogan as Partners.
According to a firm announcement, Forton Legal will focus on corporate/M&A, capital markets, and real estate and construction.
"The partners of the law firm, Wieslaw Latala and Katarzyna Zajan-Aydogan, assure that farewell with the BDO Legal network was a thought-out decision, and clients will get unchanged quality of services and their scope," a firm press statement read.
