CMS has advised Volkswagen Financial Services on a PLN 410 million bond issuance under an updated bond program with a new total maximum of PLN 5 billion.
According to CMS, "Volkswagen Financial Services Poland is part of an international group whose business includes car finance and service as well as insurance and banking. The bonds were issued both in Poland and abroad."
CMS’ team included Poland-based Counsel Michal Smiechowski, Associate Przemyslaw Kopka, and Lawyer Michal Horelik as well as Germany-based Partner Philipp Melzer.
CMS was unable to provide additional information on the deal.
