White & Case and Rymarz Zdort Advise on Eurowag's Acquisition of Inelo

White & Case has advised Eurowag subsidiary WAG Payment Solutions on its full acquisition of Grupa Inelo from Innova Capital, European Telematics Holding, and others. Rymarz Zdort advised the sellers.

According to White & Case, the 100% Grupa Inelo share capital acquisition was done over an enterprise value of up to EUR 306 million. The transaction remains contingent on Eurowag shareholders’ approval.

Eurowag is a pan-European integrated payments and mobility platform focused on the commercial road transport industry.

Inelo is a fleet management solutions and work-time management provider in Poland and Slovenia.

One month earlier, Rymarz Zdort advised the Inelo Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in FireTMS (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 5, 2022).
